What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Ensure accurate financial records by preparing and posting journal entries.
• Maintain: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Support: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Analyze: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Report: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; entry-level career stage with a strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes.
• Experience: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, and good communication skills (both written and verbal).
