What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Execute core accounting tasks including preparing journal entries, performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting cash, accrual, prepaid, and payroll activities.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, support variance analysis, and prepare internal financial reports and schedules for management.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving accounting workflows, support financial system enhancements, and maintain organized documentation of accounting procedures.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist with year-end audit requests and supporting schedules, ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with other departments, cross-train with teammates, and proactively take on additional responsibilities as skills grow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preparing you for an early-career role.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; a basic understanding of GAAP principles.
