The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting closing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, which is vital for the company’s financial integrity and reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Closing Processes: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
• Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, support audits, and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Property Accounting: Perform the accounting for multiple commercial real estate properties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and eagerness to learn.
