What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare and deliver monthly premium and loss reports for assigned accounts.
• Reconcile: Perform account reconciliations and balance general ledger activity.
• Record: Record and track reinsurance premium and loss transactions.
• Maintain: Maintain accurate financial records and system data, supporting documentation and record retention.
• Support: Contribute to financial reporting, collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience: Professional office experience in accounting, finance, banking, insurance, or operations.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: A willingness to learn specialized accounting and reinsurance concepts and a collaborative mindset.
