What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Processing: Process various accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and manage associated supporting documentation.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare comprehensive documentation specifically for the annual year-end audit.
• Complex Assignments: Execute complex accounting tasks and handle reporting assignments.
• Professional Development: Maintain compliance with all continuing education requirements and actively pursue self-development in new technological changes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: No minimum experience required.
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in the processing of accounting transactions, ability to perform reconciliations, and capacity to prepare supporting documentation for audits and complex assignments.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree specifically in Accounting is preferred, along with 2-4 years of prior accounting experience.
