Senior Technical Program Manager | Netradyne

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own: Drive the end-to-end program lifecycle of electronic products from ideation to final delivery, integrating hardware, software/firmware, mechanical, and industrial design workstreams.
• Execute: Drive disciplined stage-gate execution across concept, prototyping, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are met at each phase.
• Plan: Create and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependency maps, and risk registers, surfacing critical paths and proactively removing impediments.
• Lead: Spearhead commercialization and industrialization activities, including NPI ramp, manufacturing line setup and transfer, tooling, first-article production, and yield improvement at the contract manufacturer.
• Coordinate: Manage certification and regulatory compliance for products (EMC, safety, ingress, and applicable automotive/regional standards) within the program timeline.
The Must-Haves
• Background: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Engineering. This is a senior-level position.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years overall experience, with 12+ years in Technical Program Management in electronic product development, including ownership of full product programs. Demonstrated experience taking products through prototyping and into commercialization and mass production. Hands-on experience across SDLC and hardware product development (EVT / DVT / PVT), with successful delivery of commercial high-tech electronic products from ideation to market.
• Skills: Strong program planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience managing external manufacturing and supplier partners. Ability to converse credibly across hardware, embedded software/firmware, and mechanical functions. Comfortable operating in both Agile development and structured hardware stage-gate environments.
• Bonus: MBA, PMP / ITIL certification, Hands-on Agile experience or Scrum certification, Familiarity with integrating edge devices with cloud platforms.
