• Pay: $105786–$155152 yearly
• Mission: To develop, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of extremely highly complex programs and projects for external and internal customers, ensuring timely project completion and delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Full Lifecycle Management: Manages the entire lifecycle of customer engagements, from proposal and award to implementation, operations, and change control.
• Financial and Strategic Oversight: Controls project budgets and expenses while ensuring strategic alignment of the project to corporate objectives.
• Project Delivery and Completion: Accountable for ensuring projects are completed and delivered on time.
• Reporting and Communication: Develops and presents project progress and status reports to customers and leadership.
• Technical and Project Guidance: Provides guidance to customers, Lumen Partners, and internal teams on technical and project requirements to ensure successful service implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience, at a Senior Lead Project Manager level.
• Experience: 8+ years related experience in project management.
• Skills: Comfortable working with various internal teams including Capture, Proposals, Legal, Contracts, and Procurement; possesses knowledge of GSA contracts, including WITS and Networx; experience and familiarity with small and large telecommunications (data and voice) transitions.
• Bonus: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
