• Job Title: SPRING 2026 INTERNSHIP
• Location: Bakersfield Area, California (reports to Arvin, California headquarters)
• Reports To: Department Manager
• Purpose: This internship aims to provide current undergraduate students with an introduction to professional work experiences related to their degree interests. It is structured as a paid, twelve-to-sixteen-week program running from January to May, and the company supports requests for college credit.

• Varied Duties: Job duties will be dependent on the specific needs of the individual manager and the department to which the intern is assigned.
• Departmental Overview: The internship will provide a comprehensive overview of the selected department’s function and its basic day-to-day responsibilities.

• SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative): Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Safety, IT, Corporate Communications.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to frequently move about inside the office and to other local office locations as needed.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• Occasionally, one must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day.
• Starting Wage: $17.75 – $22.00 per hour, with the specific rate dependent on the intern’s year in college.
