Job Description: Sports Performance Intern (EXOS)

• Job Title: Sports Performance Intern
• Program Nature: A learning-intensive internship designed for high-performing individuals.
• Location: On-site at EXOS’s Performance Center in Plano, TX.
• Duration: The internship program spans 12-16 weeks.
• Work Hours: Interns are required to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
• Program Goal: To provide interns with valuable education and practical experiences in a highly skilled strength & conditioning environment, training both individuals and groups, with the aim of propelling their careers forward after graduation.
Key Learning and Participation Opportunities (“As a Sports Performance Intern You Will”):
• Coaching Skill Development: Learn from leading human performance professionals to develop and refine coaching techniques.
• Clientele Engagement: Shadow, observe, and actively participate in the programming and services offered to a diverse range of athlete clientele, including youth, adult, collegiate, elite, and professional athletes.

Internship Requirements:
