What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Management: Manage a variety of administrative and office management duties, including conducting necessary account maintenance, preparing professional correspondence, monitoring and preparing detailed reports, and overseeing orders for office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Special Project Contribution: Actively participate in special projects, prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making, and provide support for ongoing research efforts to enhance the Private Bank’s capabilities.
• Client Issue Resolution: Support the efficient resolution of client issues and concerns, ensuring that all actions strictly adhere to established Bank of America policies and procedures, thereby maintaining high standards of service.
• Fiduciary Standard Adherence: Contribute to ensuring that all accounts consistently meet the required fiduciary standard by meticulously complying with both internal policy guidelines and relevant industry regulations, safeguarding client interests.
• Client and Partner Engagement: Serve as an additional point of contact for clients, providing responsive support, and foster effective collaboration with various business partners to achieve integrated client solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Early career individual with foundational knowledge in administrative and fiduciary support.
• Experience: Demonstrated capability in performing routine administrative duties necessary for efficient account administration and effectively serving diverse client needs within a structured environment. This includes practical application of administrative services and careful attention to detail for operational support.
