What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Services: Assist in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds.
• Process Improvement: Drive service improvement plans, target efficiencies, and enhance processes through specialist review functions.
• Reconciliations: Perform cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds and ensure account expenses are appropriately allocated.
• Client Reporting: Prepare first draft reports for clients regarding the performance of the fund.
• Client Communication: Assist in answering questions from clients regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry-Level career.
• Experience: 0-3 years of total work experience preferred, with general experience in accounting preferred.
• Skills: Accounting principles, financial reconciliation, client reporting.
• Bonus: May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
