Solutions Marketing Intern | Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS)

The Tone:
This is an internship at Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS), located in Lake Forest, CA. TABS is an industry leader in digital displays, document security, and software solutions, ensuring businesses run efficiently and brilliantly beyond just copiers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and experience in content creation and distribution within a corporate marketing team, specifically focusing on the software and services product portfolio. Interns will work under close guidance, providing administrative support and engaging in entry-level departmental tasks, while also participating in unique networking and engagement events like executive dinners, volunteer activities, and company team-building outings.

• Team: TABS marketing team, under close guidance and support of Department Management and staff.
• Mission: To learn content creation and distribution processes, creating marketing materials for the software and services product portfolio, and supporting overall marketing operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Rebrand existing content into PowerPoint presentations and convert PDFs into various marketing assets such as cards, brochures, and vertical files for vendors.
• Project Support: Provide administrative support for project management, asset management, and archiving initiatives within the department.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist with coordinating file preparation, version tracking, placement specification, and meeting deadlines for paid media campaigns.
• Operational Assistance: Support marketing operations by assisting with request intake, data coordination, pricing change support, and operational reporting.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research to gather insights that will inform marketing strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Sophomore, junior, or senior level undergraduate student, or graduate student, attending an accredited college in good standing. Recent graduates (within six months) of an accredited college are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Must be pursuing a Marketing Degree or a closely related major (e.g., Business or similar), and have completed introductory business courses with a basic understanding of Marketing principles.
• Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize assignments. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.
