As a Solutions Manager, your role is crucial for leading the onboarding and implementation of our product for a diverse range of new customers, ensuring they achieve significant value, and directly influencing our product roadmap with your hands-on expertise.

• Mission: Lead the end-to-end implementation and onboarding for new customers, ensuring their successful adoption and maximum value from Zip’s procurement platform.
• Tech Stack: SAP S/4HANA (procurement and AP), SAP Ariba Buying / Invoicing, MS Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead project teams for new customer onboarding, effectively managing stakeholders and understanding diverse client requirements from various industries.
• End-to-End Implementation: Drive the full implementation process for new customers, including hands-on configuration to build out their procurement processes from scratch within the Zip platform.
• Customer Portfolio Oversight: Proactively manage requirements and tasks across multiple concurrent customer onboardings, ensuring efficient progress and timely delivery for each client.
• Client Enablement & Training: Lead comprehensive training and Q&A sessions, mentoring customers and key stakeholders to empower their independent and proficient utilization of the product.
• Product Feedback & Process Enhancement: Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams on customer requests and continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate customer time to value and maximize satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced Solutions Manager with 8-10 years of background in implementing or administering finance and procurement systems.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool or ERP, specifically including SAP S/4HANA (procurement and AP) or SAP Ariba Buying / Invoicing.
• Skills: Required fluency in German; outstanding communication and documentation abilities; extreme attention to detail coupled with a proactive work ethic; strong data management skills, particularly when handling large, sensitive customer datasets in MS Excel; comfort with software configuration and the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Bonus: Existing technical skills are considered a plus.
