What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Join incoming analysts from around the world for an immersive training program to learn about the firm and business operations.
• Develop: Build technical and professional skills through ongoing formal and informal training opportunities throughout the program.
• Network: Hear from senior executives and build global professional connections across the firm.
• Analyze: Conduct research and analysis using proprietary models, and assist with product development and portfolio construction.
• Structure: Work with investment professionals to develop and structure creative and opportunistic investment ideas across all asset classes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a U.S. college/university, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027. This is an entry-level Analyst program requiring a genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Experience: Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; JPMorgan Chase does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or assistance with OPT/CPT for this program.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask, highly inquisitive and proactive approach, and good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
