Job Description: Software Testing Intern
ikon Technologies is seeking a Software Testing Intern to join their team. The intern will assist in ensuring the quality of their software products through manual and automated testing processes. The intern will collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify bugs, improve functionality, and enhance overall product performance.
Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and update test cases and scenarios based on user stories and sprint requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing in sprints to validate new features and identify defects.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct regression testing during sprint cycles to ensure system stability after new feature development.
• Track, document, and report bugs in real-time using JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist with manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Provide input during sprint reviews and contribute to improving testing practices in the team.
• Help maintain testing documentation, including test scripts and results using SharePoint and Confluence.
