What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to Defense Programs: Apply classroom-learned skills and theoretical knowledge directly to programs that are critical for the defense of our country.
• Execute Technical Projects: Work actively on projects that underpin and support our nation’s fundamental defense services, contributing to practical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate degree program within Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another closely related scientific or technical discipline. U.S. citizenship is a mandatory requirement for eligibility for a government security investigation and access to classified information.
• Experience: Demonstrated thorough understanding of engineering technology, encompassing core concepts, guiding principles, relevant theories, and established technical standards.
• Skills: Proven ability to quickly grasp and apply new information, coupled with the capacity to effectively handle increasing responsibilities and projects of growing complexity. Strong collaborative skills are essential for thriving in team environments, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development for oneself and others.
• Bonus: Academic standing of a sophomore or higher within your degree program is preferred for this internship opportunity.
