What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Application Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack software applications.
• Guide System Architecture: Define and implement architectural patterns and solutions for new features and services, ensuring system goals and scalability are met.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure Code Quality & Mentor: Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Optimize & Evolve Processes: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-time software development, with significant contributions to large-scale, complex applications.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with modern back-end languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js), front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, serverless computing, and Agile/Scrum development.
