What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok’s advertising experience.
• Collaborate: Work with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore new generations of ads experiences on TikTok.
• Engage: Interact with challenging technical domains, including large-scale user systems and diverse advertising fields.
• Contribute: Participate in efforts related to ad creation, material optimization, delivery strategy, attribution, and measurement.
• Support: Aid in the development of AI-driven personalized recommendations, growth strategies, and client profiling powered by Large Language Models and big data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Strong Computer Science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and software design; demonstrated problem-solving abilities; critical thinking and the capacity to formulate clear and concise solutions; very strong teamwork skills encompassing communication, ownership, empathy, and honesty.
• Bonus: Experience in resource management and task scheduling with large-scale distributed software platforms such as Spark and TensorFlow.
