What You’ll Actually Do
• Build: Create and improve reliable product features across both frontend and backend systems.
• Design: Architect APIs, services, and data models that enable AI-powered job search functionalities.
• Code: Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code for various systems.
• Debug: Identify and resolve production issues, enhancing system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and data teams in an in-person office environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for students currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or C++, alongside familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Skills: Data structures, algorithms, software engineering fundamentals, Git.
• Bonus: Experience building web applications, APIs, or distributed systems; familiarity with React, Node.js, SQL, or cloud platforms; interest in AI, LLMs, recommendation systems, or developer tools; previous internship, research, or significant personal project experience.
