2026 Fall Global Software Engineer Development Program | RRS Group & Co

The Tone:
This is an internship role at RRS Group & Co. The company and its affiliates provide comprehensive real estate development-related services to investment-grade clients, spanning site acquisition, architectural services, and development management for commercial offices and industrial properties. They deliver integrated enterprise solutions, impactful consultation on marketing/financial aspects, and Facility Solutions. This position, within the Early Careers Program, is vital for developing innovative technology solutions that underpin the core functions of real estate development, architecture, construction management, and facility operations.

• Team: Work collaboratively alongside experienced Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and other business professionals within the RRS Group.
• Mission: Develop innovative technology solutions that support real estate development, architecture, construction management, and facility operations.
• Tech Stack: .NET, SQL, C#, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, Python, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React or other modern front-end frameworks

What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Development: Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as .NET, SQL, C#, and JavaScript, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Solution Design: Support the design and development of software solutions specifically for real estate development, property management, architecture, and facility operations.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles, and develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Agile Collaboration: Contribute actively to Agile Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and embracing continuous improvement for team effectiveness.
• Industry Insight: Gain foundational knowledge in commercial real estate development, architecture, construction management, and facility solutions, creating relevant technical and business documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related technical field. Candidates must have an expected graduation date in 2027 and ensure at least one year remaining in their degree program at the commencement of the internship.
• Experience: Demonstrated availability and commitment to participate fully in the internship program for approximately 11 weeks, specifically from November 2026 through February 2027.
• Skills: Proficiency in one or more core programming and web development technologies including Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or modern front-end frameworks like React. Additionally, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Bonus: A strong interest in the intersection of real estate technology, architecture, construction, smart buildings, or property management systems. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive in learning new tools and methodologies, and possess excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
