What You’ll Actually Do
• Component Design: Design and develop platform components using modern software development practices.
• AI/ML Collaboration: Partner with the AI/ML team on projects that enhance automation and compliance capabilities.
• Team Engagement: Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team standups.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, debug, and solve issues in a fast-moving environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program with strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and software architecture.
• Experience: Approximately one year of programming experience and around one year of web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks, backend) through projects or coursework.
