The TL;DR

• Pay: $46–$62 USD hourly
• Team: Globally connected team of engineers, interns, and other teams and departments
• Mission: Own and ship a meaningful project end-to-end that will make a positive impact for the team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Ownership: Own and ship a meaningful project from beginning to end.
• Mentorship: Receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced software engineer.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a globally connected team of engineers, interns, and other departments across the world.
• Technology Exposure: Work with new technologies across a wide spectrum of computer science areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, expected to graduate between Autumn 2026 and Summer 2027.
• Experience: Fluent in one or more modern object-oriented programming languages; firm grasp on basic data structures and algorithmic techniques.
• Skills: Quick and self-directed learner; able to take ownership over the design, plan, and implementation of projects.
