What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate: Translate business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers.
• Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards of code quality, testability, and maintainability.
• Lead: Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions, contributing significantly to the overall system design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Optimize: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, for a senior-level full-stack engineering role.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience, with a solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js), extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, or C#), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit), knowledge of microservices architecture, familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), experience with version control systems (particularly Git), and an understanding of security best practices in web development.
