The Tone:
This is a leadership role at WTW, a Product & Technology organization. The company is actively moving towards AI-native development. This role is crucial for establishing the performance and measurement infrastructure that ensures delivery quality remains high as the organization scales its transformation. You will define the standards, metrics, and meaningful insights that provide confidence in this AI-native shift.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Lead the establishment of performance and measurement infrastructure to enable confident AI-native development within the Product & Technology organization.
• Tech Stack: GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, Claude, DORA metrics, SDLC, Agile delivery, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Leadership: Build and operationalize an enterprise AI SDLC performance & insights program in partnership with Transformation leads.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain engineering performance measurement across the software delivery lifecycle, fluent in DORA metrics and AI-era indicators.
• Actionable Insights: Translate metrics targets into actionable standards and controls, evolving how the team acts on performance signals with clear response frameworks.
• Governance: Own the measurement governance lifecycle, encompassing metric definition, data sourcing, reporting cadence, and periodic framework review.
• Change Management: Champion change management for the continuation and acceleration of agentic development adoption, translating AI-forward strategy into practical impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; This is a Director-level role focused on leading AI SDLC performance.
• Experience: 10+ years in software delivery or product development, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a global delivery environment; Proven stakeholder management across engineering, business, and senior leadership audiences, demonstrating cultural fluency within a global leadership organization.
• Skills: Deep working understanding of agentic development models and AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, and Claude); Strong working knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices; Fluency with DORA metrics and AI-era development measurement, able to interpret, govern, and act on delivery signals; Strong communicator with leadership presence.
• Bonus: An advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Technology Management.
