What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Design and develop full-stack solutions, encompassing both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, APIs, and database interactions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaboration and Translation: Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and translate user stories into functional applications.
• API Implementation: Implement and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimization and Lifecycle: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Senior level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines, and proficiency with Git.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js); extensive experience with back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby) and associated frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails); solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases; demonstrated ability to write high-quality, well-tested code; excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a relevant field, experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with GraphQL, experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, or contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
