Description: Software Engineer – NetSuite Global Business Unit
This is a rotational program aimed at attracting early-career talent with a passion for building next-generation services and solutions. The program combines a NetSuite-specific onboarding with two 6-month site-specific rotations (Redwood Shores, CA or Austin, TX), culminating in a final team placement. The role is hybrid, requiring a specific number of days in the office.
Responsibilities:
• Craft and build innovative systems from the ground up.
• Write code, complete programming projects, and perform testing and debugging of Oracle software.
• Work on groundbreaking technologies in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Receive exposure to different aspects of the product and/or code base.
• Participate in knowledge expansion sessions covering security, tech writing, growth, and other technical areas.
• Network with leadership and receive mentorship.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent by June 2025.
• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Completed coursework or projects in three or more of the following:
• Algorithms
• Database Design
• Object-Oriented Programming/Design
• Mobile/Web Development
• Networking
• At least one internship, research assistantship, or equivalent practical experience in relevant technical areas.
• Residency in the United States and/or attendance at a US university.
• Ability to acquire work authorization in the US in 2025.
Preferred Currently pursuings:
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
