About the Role
Tyler Technologies is seeking a year-round Software Development Intern to join the team in Orono, ME. This role offers the intern a real-world experience of day-to-day development practices within a high-tech software company, serving as a valuable resource for research, testing, and coding of new products under the guidance of a Product Manager, participation in team meetings, and work on live software projects.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and/or modify software modules to meet specifications
• Assure software program integrity through review and testing
• Prepare and/or modify program and system documentation
• Research and incorporate new technologies into the software design

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or
• Have exposure to current languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, and SQL.
• Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively with a software development team on technical and business issues.
• Have the ability to conduct independent research and present recommendations based upon findings
