What You’ll Actually Do
• Apply classroom learnings to solve real-world software development challenges.
• Contribute to significant projects in software applications engineering.
• Engage in data analytics or data science initiatives.
• Participate in software development operations.
• Support software product management or technical program management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree or the 1st year of a Master’s program, typically in a technical specialization. Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university.
• Experience: Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026 and not require sponsorship in the future.
• Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, React JS, or Node JS; understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs; familiarity with Azure DevOps and AWS CodePipeline.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering; interest in roles such as data analytics, data science, or technical program management.
