About the company and job description:
Milwaukee Magazine is seeking a Social Media/Video Intern for the Fall 2025 semester to create engaging video content for their social media channels and website. This is a highly creative role focused on producing Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other video formats that showcase the best of Milwaukee, including events, restaurants, and experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Brainstorming video concepts.
• Filming video content in various locations around Milwaukee.
• Editing video footage for Instagram, TikTok, and the Milwaukee Magazine website.
• Representing Milwaukee Magazine in a professional and engaging manner.
• Collaborating with the Milwaukee Magazine team.
• Managing multiple projects and problem-solving effectively.
Requirements:
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
• Must be able to take direction and accept constructive criticism.
• Commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
• Must be able to receive college credit for the internship.
• Resume AND portfolio link must be submitted to be considered.
This is an unpaid internship located in the Milwaukee area.
