Social Media Strategy Intern | Brunner
The Tone:
This is an unpaid, for-credit internship at Brunner, an integrated marketing communications agency with a flexible hybrid work policy. The TL;DR

• Team: Works closely alongside the social media team, paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance and support, even as much of your work will be completed independently.
• Mission: Shape successful social media strategies using data, insights, and cultural conversations to help brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze social listening, platform data, and cultural trends to identify strategic content opportunities for various brands.
• Support: Support the development of social content calendars and publishing strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Monitor: Monitor key performance metrics of social media initiatives to track overall effectiveness and engagement.
• Recommend: Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for refining and optimizing social media strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student, for whom earning academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship is a requirement. The ideal candidate is inherently analytical, consistently trend-aware, and shows a strong eagerness to learn how data, insights, and cultural conversations contribute to successful social media strategies.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for this role. Candidates must be driven individuals, excited to learn, eager to collaborate effectively within a team, and committed to contributing actively to real-world agency projects and client initiatives.
• Skills:
