About the Role

This internship offers real-world experience in building and managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and understanding the intricate mechanics of online music growth. You won’t just be observing; you’ll be actively involved in real campaigns and artist development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing multiple TikTok & Instagram accounts: Take ownership of artist profiles, implementing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Posting multiple times per day across platforms: Consistently deliver fresh, relevant content to maintain audience interest.
  • Editing short-form content in CapCut: Utilize your video editing skills to create captivating and trend-aligned visuals.
  • Researching trends, sounds, and viral formats: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging social media phenomena relevant to the music landscape.
  • Assisting with content strategy and rollout for music releases: Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns for new music.
  • Supporting UGC and influencer-style campaigns: Help coordinate and amplify user-generated content and collaborate with influencers.
  • Tracking performance and identifying what’s working: Analyze data to understand content effectiveness and optimize future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Familiar with TikTok & Instagram: You instinctively understand trends, algorithms, and how content spreads virally.
  • Comfortable editing videos in CapCut: You can confidently use CapCut to produce high-quality short-form video content.
  • Proactive and takes initiative: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions but actively seeks opportunities to contribute.
  • Fast learner who can adapt quickly: The social media landscape is constantly evolving, and you’re eager to keep pace.
  • Strong communicator and easy to work with: You collaborate effectively with team members and express ideas clearly.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects: You can juggle various responsibilities efficiently without sacrificing quality.
