About the Job Description
This is a Social Media Management Intern role with a hybrid work arrangement. The position is based in Orlando, FL, offering some flexibility for work-from-home. Candidates MUST currently reside in the greater Orlando, FL area, with no exceptions.
The intern will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of social media management. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing social media accounts.
• Developing and implementing content strategies.
• Optimizing social media platforms.
• Creating engaging content.
• Monitoring social media trends.
• Scheduling posts.
• Interacting with followers to enhance the company’s brand presence.
This role begins as a part-time Internship. Compensation is dependent on the intern’s availability, commitment level, and the tasks performed. While the role starts as an internship, there is potential for it to evolve into a part-time, or even full-time position, for candidates who are a good fit and achieve great results. However, no guarantees or promises of such progression are made during the paid internship period.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong skills in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• In-depth knowledge of the current music industry and/or the young social media influencer scene, including up-to-the-minute and relevant “viral” trends.
• Expertise in TikTok, specifically including TikTok live, to support company talent.
• Ability to work fast and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
• Good knowledge of AI, particularly current (and evolving) AI assistance tools relevant to social media.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
