Job Description: Social Media Intern

Spring Fertility seeks a Social Media Intern to assist in creating content across their organic social media channels. This is a part-time, paid internship (~8-10 hours/week) based in their NYC Bryant Park clinic. The role reports to the Senior Content Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Content Manager in ideating content aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns, considering current social media trends, influencers, and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, creative) to execute social media content.
• Attend Spring Fertility events (when possible) to capture photo and video content.
• Schedule and post content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) following the social media calendar.
• Research competitors to identify trends and share insights.
• Track, measure, and report on social media KPIs and benchmarks, interpreting data to inform future strategies.
• Assist in coordinating social media contests and giveaways.
• Create social media graphics using Canva for events and news stories.

Requirements:

• Availability to work ~8-10 hours/week on-site.
• College student pursuing an undergraduate degree, seeking internship credit.
• Prior experience managing social media (personal accounts or internships count).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Passion for reproductive health.
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (required); experience with Loomly or similar scheduling software is a plus.
