This is a remote, unpaid Social Media Intern position running from September to December 2025. The role is highly hands-on and suited for an individual passionate about sports culture, internet trends, and creating engaging digital content.

Responsibilities:
• Daily Content Posting: Assist with consistently posting 1-2 times per day across key social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Content Strategy & Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, helping to generate new content formats, hooks, and identify trending topics relevant to the target audience.
• Copywriting & Planning: Write concise, engaging short-form captions for social media posts and provide support for weekly content planning initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of posted content, analyze data, and highlight successful ideas and strategies to inform future content creation.

• Digital Savvy: You possess a deep understanding of online culture and what type of content performs well across various social media platforms.
• Sports Enthusiast: You have a genuine love for sports or a strong curiosity and willingness to learn more about the sports world.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: You are imaginative in your approach to content creation, pay close attention to details, and possess strong communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using or eager to learn content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Portfolio Building: You are motivated to build your professional portfolio and contribute to a dynamic and fun startup environment.
