Job Description:
Celt Salt by Nature’s Pantry is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Intern for a 6-month on-site internship in Downey, CA. This voluntary internship offers 20-30 hours per week with the potential for hire and includes internship compensation plus potential bonuses.
The intern will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s social media presence, with a strong emphasis on daily TikTok content creation and management. They will also engage with influencers to coordinate user-generated content (UGC), provide actionable suggestions for improving customer experience, assist in creating performance reports, and analyze social media algorithms to optimize content strategy. The role requires supporting multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail, and occasionally traveling to networking events and trade shows to represent Celt Salt. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
