What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Education: Effectively communicate the benefits of physical therapy through social, print, and electronic media, enabling prospective patients to make informed decisions about their health.
• Diverse Content Production: Create a wide range of internal and external content for the business, including producing technique videos, conducting patient interviews, writing engaging blog posts, and preparing monthly newsletters.
• Daily Media Engagement: Develop and curate daily content specifically for all social media and electronic media platforms to maintain consistent online presence and engagement.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and actively execute comprehensive plans for content development and media outreach, finding fulfillment in their successful implementation.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent Berman Physical Therapy with enthusiasm and dedication, upholding its reputation for providing unequalled patient care in all interactions.

• Experience: Active engagement with social media and content creation, such as managing a personal blog.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, articulate, and confident in representing the company. An active problem-solver motivated by challenges and adaptable to an ever-changing environment. A self-starter with a strong work ethic, striving to exceed expectations and perform with a sense of urgency, without needing constant direction. Dependable and punctual, comfortable collaborating with a team while thriving independently. Committed to learning and working in an environment free of gossip, drama, and ego, and able to accept accountability for personal contributions through monthly metric meetings.
