The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at Juno Jewels, located remotely with a preference for Palm Beach, FL, and occasional in-person collaboration. Juno Jewels is a fast-growing fashion jewelry brand that creates feminine, elevated pieces designed to bring joy, confidence, and everyday style to customers. This role is crucial for expanding the brand’s digital presence by shaping how Juno Jewels appears online and translating its identity into consistent, high-quality, and engaging social media content.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms using tools like Canva.
• Create: Assist in planning, creating, and editing short-form video content.
• Engage: Support daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social channels.
• Research: Research trends, sounds, and content formats to inform creative direction.
• Contribute: Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and brand growth initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and brand building within the fashion industry.
• Experience: Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content creation and trends.
• Skills: Strong visual design skills with experience using Canva or similar tools; creative thinking with an eye for aesthetic, fashion-forward content; strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and reliable.
• Bonus: Eager to learn in a startup environment.
