Social Media Intern | Social View Agency
The Tone:
This is a paid internship at Social View Agency, located in Pacific Grove, CA. Social View Agency operates a Creative Internship Program, partnering with over 60 colleges nationwide to offer students valuable work experience and mentorships. Through this program, a team of social media professionals guides young talent, teaching industry-standard best practices to help them produce real results for real brands under professional guidance. This role is essential for creating compelling social media content for clients, specifically Club Pilates, by developing and executing digital campaigns.

• Mission: To develop and execute comprehensive social and digital campaigns from concept to production, focusing on visual content creation for Instagram.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Development: Collaborate closely with the team to develop social and digital campaigns, guiding them from initial concept generation through to their final execution.
• Project Management: Work directly with the Social Media Manager to ensure all running projects are meticulously carried out through the entire pitch and production process.
• Content Creation: Focus on developing creative concepts and executing a variety of Instagram feed posts and stories covering diverse topics for client brands.
• On-site Production: Attend and manage on-site shoots approximately twice a month, actively photographing and filming engaging content specifically for Instagram.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively enrolled student (preferred) with a necessary interest or proven skill in photography or videography, eager to learn and proactively pick up tasks.
• Experience: Must be comfortable commuting to Pacific Grove, CA, approximately twice a month for on-site content shoots and prepared to quickly adapt and take on various digital projects across the board.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrate a highly organized approach with sharp attention to detail; exhibit robust problem-solving capabilities; show empathy for customers and teammates; and be open to learning and mastering new tools while readily incorporating feedback for growth.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include having access to or experience with a mini/lavalier microphone compatible with a smartphone; college credit is available upon request for actively enrolled students.
