What You’ll Actually Do
Strategy Development: Build and direct multi-channel social media strategies for a portfolio of clients, ensuring each plan supports broader marketing and brand objectives.
Content Management: Guide the development of organic social content, organize editorial calendars, and ensure timely, consistent messaging for both client and agency channels.
Performance Optimization: Refresh social ad creative and messaging using platform insights and performance trends, monitoring account performance to adjust channel tactics and improve results.
Community Engagement: Oversee day-to-day community interaction for priority accounts, providing senior-level support on audience interaction, brand voice, and response quality.
Growth Identification: Evaluate social metrics, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and recommend new approaches.
