Social & Marketing Intern | Apprenticely

The Tone:
This is a three-month social & marketing internship at Served AI, a venture-backed company partnered with Apprenticely, located in Bentonville, Arkansas, with a hybrid schedule. Served AI is building an agentic kitchen intelligence platform that uses conversational AI to help households decide, shop, cook, and restock meals, aiming to solve dinner decision fatigue. This role is crucial for shaping Served’s public presence, owning its brand voice, and ensuring the world hears about this innovative solution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Engine Management: Run content across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Threads, including planning, creation, scheduling, and shipping.
• Brand Voice Execution: Write punchy, confident, and on-brand hooks and captions that reflect Served’s declarative, futuristic, and swagger-filled voice.
• Visual Content Production: Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and clean graphics using tools like CapCut, Canva, or a preferred editing tool.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and by identifying and joining relevant trends.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, analyze data, and provide weekly recaps with actionable takeaways for future strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with a deep understanding of internet culture and what performs on various social media platforms, requiring a current Arkansas state residency, high curiosity, and technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Experience: Proven ability to grow a social media account or brand, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing public-facing content creation and sharp, fast, on-brand writing. Must be self-directed and able to work 40 hours per week.
• Skills: Strong ability to make AI sound human and a kitchen app sound inevitable; proficiency in producing short-form video and clean graphics; capability to track metrics and derive actionable insights from content performance.
• Bonus: Prior experience growing a brand or personal account with demonstrable before/after results; comfort with analytics or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite); genuine interest in food tech, agentic AI, or consumer apps.
