• Mission: To support in-house payroll processing through Workday Payroll and outsourced Payroll solution through ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple countries.
• Tech Stack: Workday Payroll, ADP Global Payroll, ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo, ADP Global View, MS office

What You’ll Actually Do
Payroll Processing: Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries or regions, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Transaction Management: Process various payroll transactions in Workday Payroll, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate effectively with ADP outsourced payroll providers to submit data, validate outputs, and ensure timely payroll completion.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with applicable country-specific statutory, tax, social security, pension, and employment requirements.
Controls and Audits: Perform payroll audits and reconciliations, maintaining comprehensive payroll documentation for internal and external audit purposes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, with a focus on senior-level multi-country payroll management.
• Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, ADP Global Payroll, ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo, ADP Global View, or similar payroll platforms. This includes experience supporting payroll year-end activities, tax reporting, and statutory filings.
• Skills: Proficient in MS office functions, well versed in Data Analytics, and possessing good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Bonus: Payroll certification such as CPP, FPC, CIPP, PCP, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
