Small Business Connect Relationship Banker (Call Center) | U.S. Bank

• Mission: Provides comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5 million, driving growth through proactive engagement and digital tools.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients.
• Drive growth through proactive outbound calling, supporting branch-based small business clients, and leveraging digital tools to build strong, trusted relationships.
• Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals.
• Actively collaborate with branch partners and internal business lines to generate referral opportunities and refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners as additional needs are identified.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus on delivering comprehensive financial solutions and building relationships with small business clients.
• Experience: Five or more years of customer service, sales, and/or prospecting experience. Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.
• Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems; strong written and verbal communication skills; understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, and customer service/relations.
• Bonus: Comprehensive knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with the ability to confidently communicate with underwriters; prior experience in a high volume outbound call / call center environment.
