The Site Supervisor Assistant plays a vital part in ensuring these centers operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with county policies, while also providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Oversight: Assist the Site Supervisor in managing revenue collection, ensuring adherence to all county accounting and auditing procedures.
• Safety Monitoring: Monitor convenience center operations to ensure full compliance with all OSHA safety requirements.
• Customer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and addressing questions.
• Waste Program Management: Oversee waste disposal and recycling programs effectively at the convenience centers.
• Site Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks for the grounds and facilities to ensure a clean and functional environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. This early career role requires foundational knowledge in basic accounting principles and practical experience in cashiering operations or grounds maintenance.
• Experience: Two years of experience performing cashiering and/or grounds maintenance duties.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, basic calculator skills, good customer service, strong communication abilities, and accurate record-keeping skills are essential.
• Bonus: One year of supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of waste management operations and managing hazardous materials is a plus.
