The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Cainiao Group, located in Tijuana, Mexico. Cainiao is a global smart logistics network committed to delivering efficient and reliable supply chain solutions. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of a key logistics hub, directly impacting the timely and accurate delivery of packages and maintaining high customer satisfaction within the last-mile network.

• Mission: Owns the daily operation, coordination, and management of a logistics hub to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate package handling and delivery, meeting quality and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Tech Stack: logistics management systems, package tracking tools, Excel, warehouse management systems (WMS)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Operations: Manage the hub’s daily operations, optimizing shifts and task assignments to ensure timely and accurate package sorting, loading, and delivery, meeting time and quality KPIs.
• DSP Management: Expand, evaluate, and manage DSP (Delivery Service Partner) resources to establish a stable and reliable last-mile distribution network, coordinating capacity to cover peak seasons and special scenarios while overseeing service standards.
• Team Leadership: Oversee operator adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational safety and service quality, conducting regular training to enhance team collaboration and execution in operations and distribution.
• Customer Experience: Proactively address customer complaints and site-related incidents, such as incorrect deliveries or damaged packages, ensuring prompt response, reporting, and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Manage site inventory, equipment, and consumables to ensure material availability and proper equipment function, implementing daily inspection and maintenance mechanisms to prevent operational disruptions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. High school diploma required; a technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with a preference for last-mile sector experience. Previous experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is essential.
• Skills: Hands-on knowledge of logistics management systems and package tracking tools; proficiency in office software (particularly Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); proven leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities; results-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure and accommodate flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Bonus: Desirable bilingual skills.
