The Site Leader is a critical entrepreneurial leadership position responsible for the success of local field operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective team management and operational execution.

• Pay: $86000–$103500 yearly
• Team: Leads a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates.
• Mission: Ensure a perfect customer experience by leading local field operations and driving financial performance for the territory.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Manage and direct all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Performance: Drive improvements in key performance indicators such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, and Cost Per Order.
• Financials: Achieve site financial targets by managing productivity, labor, and other expenses within budget.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations across warehouse operations.
• Development: Develop and implement action plans to enhance performance and train site leadership on expense and labor control.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience, with a background in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant operations.
• Experience: 6+ years leading employees in high-volume operational settings.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, team development and engagement, and a proven track record as a change agent in process improvement.
• Bonus: Professional fluency in Spanish.
