What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Leadership: Provide leadership in designing, maintaining, and evaluating all financial activities for the plant, influencing manufacturing, QA, engineering, and supply chain.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Coordinate, consolidate, and manage the development of financial plans for the plant, including standards, LBEs, and capital budgets.
• Cost Management: Facilitate unit cost savings and overall cost reduction forums for the site to drive gross margin improvement.
• Compliance and Systems: Assure compliance to GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, and corporate policies, leveraging ERP systems like SAP for accurate reporting.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor site finance team members, while building strong cross-functional relationships across operations, quality, and supply chain.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including specific experience in manufacturing finance. Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence senior leaders.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and plant-level financial analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced financial analysis tools.
