What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Greet guests, serve food, and accurately process payments at the cash register, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and appealing, adhering to all cleanliness and operations standards.
• Food Quality: Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh and high-quality food.
• Operational Efficiency: Work efficiently across various positions, including the Front Counter, Drive-Through, or Kitchen, in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with other team members to meet daily goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Applicants should have some high school education. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to equip you with valuable skills.
• Experience: The role welcomes individuals at an early career stage. While operations experience is considered a plus, it is not a prerequisite, as extensive hands-on paid training will prepare you for success.
• Skills: Possesses a friendly and helpful team player attitude, with effective verbal communication skills essential for interacting with guests and colleagues. Must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and situations. A Food Handler certification may be required based on local health requirements, to be acquired at your own expense.
• Bonus: Prior operations experience is a valuable asset, though not required for consideration.
