The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SSP America, located within the Dallas Love Field International Airport. SSP America is a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in airports worldwide. Servers are crucial for engaging with guests and delivering delicious food and beverages, ensuring a delightful experience for travelers. This position focuses on providing excellent service and a positive experience for guests.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Dallas Love Field International Airport (First Quarter Grill, Catch One at LUV, AV8 Bar)
• Pay: $2.13 per hour Plus Tips
• Mission: Engage with guests and deliver food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction and delight.
• Tech Stack: POS system

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Consultation: Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding the facility’s food, beverages, and services.
• Order Management: Accurately input guest orders into the POS system.
• Service Preparation: Prepare dishes for service, including ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting desserts, and brewing coffee.
• Table Service: Observe guests to anticipate their needs, respond to additional requests, and clear all dishes from tables.
• Payment Processing: Balance and reconcile all assigned checks by totaling bills and accepting payments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for engaging with guests and delivering food and beverages.
• Experience: Proven expertise in displaying warm, friendly smiles, delighting guests, and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Skills: Ability to accurately input orders into a POS system, prepare dishes for service, manage guest needs and requests, clear and reset tables, and balance/reconcile payments.
• Bonus: Open availability; Ability to start immediately.
