Senior Vice President of Sales | Blockchain Capital Digital NY
The Tone:
This is an internship at Blockchain Capital Digital NY, located remotely. The company is a rapidly growing digital asset strategy platform dedicated to connecting traditional finance with the evolving digital asset economy for sophisticated investors. This role is vital for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships, directly supporting the mission to help high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors navigate and participate in digital asset markets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Outreach: Oversee sales outreach efforts, engaging prospective clients to identify and drive revenue growth opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Qualify and nurture leads, supporting the development of tailored proposals for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.
• Market Alignment: Coordinate with strategy and research teams to ensure sales messaging is consistent with current market insights and analytical frameworks.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and monitor performance metrics to ensure efficient sales operations.
• Process & Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, refine existing sales processes, and participate in strategic planning for company expansion across North America and international markets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate with a strong interest or foundational knowledge in digital assets, capital markets, or institutional investing.
• Experience: Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development; experience or strong interest in Account Management; foundational understanding of Sales Operations; and exposure to Sales Management practices including forecasting and target setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to explain complex concepts clearly; an analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making and attention to detail; and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across time zones, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
