The Tone:

You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Mission: Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications that power the company’s core products, delivering exceptional user experiences and backend services.
• Tech Stack: JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), Go, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Azure, GCP, Git.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Integrate with and design APIs for various services, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including designing, developing, and deploying web applications.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3) and extensive experience with back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go). Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development, experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Git is also required.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field, experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, experience with GraphQL, knowledge of performance optimization techniques, or contributions to open-source or personal projects.
